Easy hard-boiled eggs

If you want a hard-boiled egg, simply purchase a "Scotch egg" and carefully peel away the breadcrumb-coated sausagemeat shell.
Due to the recent unpopularity of scotch eggs, they can often be found reduced for quick sale in supermarkets. In fact they can often be bought at a lower price than the equivalent raw eggs (plus boiling costs). The sausagemeat is a bonus.
